Emma is well known for her results in the sport of Triathlon having dominated the sport through the 1990’s.
Now a Performance Coach and part of the World Triathlon Development team, Emma is also a level 3 accredited Athletics Australia coach, Performance AUS Cycling coach and works with a number of athletes through her coaching platform emmacarney.com.
Emma began her racing career in athletics and won junior National titles, and ran for Athletics Australia at 2 World Cross Country and 2 Road Relay Championships. These representations gave her AA #700.
In the sport of triathlon, Emma is a Sport Australia Hall of Fame Athlete, multiple world champion and a World Triathlon Hall of Fame inductee. She held the number 1 world ranking for the longest period in the sport.

Mitch has a boundless passion for all things triathlon and endurance sports. With a strong background in junior and ITU coaching, he loves working with athletes to develop their technique, skills and see the leaps they make from race to race with a commitment to training.
Anthony is currently an Athletics Victoria Registered distance running coach and he’s in the process of renewing his registration and accreditation level with Athletics Australia. Anthony is our longest-serving coach, predating the HTC name. Operating under the De Castella run coach brand he has long pioneered Xaivers old collegians running program.
John is a certified Triathlon Australia Development Coach, Swimming Australia Development Coach and Athletics Australia Level 3 Advanced Run Coach – Middle & Long Distance Running Coach. He has been involved in athletics for over 40 year’s as a runner and 25 years as run, swim and Triathlon coach.
Sarah is a certified Triathlon Australia Development/Level 2 Triathlon Coach. She has been participating in triathlons for over ten years after starting as a swimmer in her junior years. Sarah has extensive experience coaching and helping people achieve their health and fitness goals – she is a Level 1 qualified ASCA Strength & Conditioning Coach, she is also a Titled Sport and Exercise Physiotherapist and currently the Rehabilitation Physiotherapist for Hawthorn’s AFLW team.
