We understand how important it is to keep a routine and so we try to keep our training sessions as consistent as possible. Occasionally we will need to change the timing and/or location of a training session in response to weather, availability of our coaches or availability of venue. Updates are routinely posted to our exclusive facebook group and published in the weekly newsletter.

Whether it’s a new sport to try, a way to improve your fitness or a tick off the bucket list, our Try-a- Tri Program is the perfect way to learn everything about swim bike and run in a fun and supportive environment culminating in participation at one of the 2XU Triathlon Series ‘Sprint’ or ‘Fun Tri’ distance events in Melbourne.

Since its inception in late 2020, the group has already had success in implementing additional informal training session times that meet the needs of caregivers and those working flexibly, and have hosted a number of social and educational opportunities for members of the Club.
