Tri-A-Tri

Whether it’s a new sport to try, a way to improve your fitness, or a tick off the bucket list, our Try-a-Tri program is the perfect way to learn everything about swim, bike, and run! This fun and supportive program will get you the skills and fitness to participate in Race 1 of the 2XU Triathlon series ‘Sprint’ or ‘Fun’ Tri distance events in Melbourne.

OUR PROGRAM OFFERS:
Eight weeks of coached, group training sessions local to Hawthorn.
Race transition practice and set up
Support on Race Day

8 weeks of trainning
Technique and fitness training on all three disciplines.
Educational content including tips, tricks and training advice
Starts 2nd of October

TRY A TRI COACH

Sarah is a certified Triathlon Australia Development/Level 2 Triathlon Coach. She has been participating in triathlons for over ten years after starting as a swimmer in her junior years. Sarah has extensive experience coaching and helping people achieve their health and fitness goals – she is a Level 1 qualified ASCA Strength & Conditioning Coach, she is also a Titled Sport and Exercise Physiotherapist and currently the Rehabilitation Physiotherapist for Hawthorn’s AFLW team.
